PowerCAD CE 5.6 Pro closes the gap between office and on-site activities: Editing drawings right on the spot where it is really needed. Over 300 AutoCAD compatible drawing functions including lines, polylines, arcs, circles, rectangles, ellipses, offsets, and more. DWG, DXF, and DWF file export is also possible. 
PowerCAD CE Pro 5.6 comes with built-in support for laser distance measuring devices, such as PD 38 by Hilti, Leica DISTO A6 and DLE 150 by Bosch. They are connected via Bluetooth. No other mobile CAD system has the advanced application programming interface (API) capabilities of PowerCAD CE Pro. With support for Lisp and C/C++ languages, PowerCAD CE Pro allows for limitless extension or creation of tailor-made applications such as automated GPS/Interior Laser data collection, graphics-enabled sales automation systems, location based field services, or automated productivity extensions maximized for end-user simplicity and operation. PowerCAD CE Pro's enhanced dialog, menu and toobar editor (DME2^(TM)) lets you quickly and easily tailor PowerCAD CE to run exactly the way you want it. PowerCAD CE Pro includes the PowerCAD File Assistant, a simplified drawing opening, creation and browsing system which simplified drawing management. PowerCAD CE Pro allows for direct linking of CAD entities with any external database supporting DAO implementation. This allows programmers to leverage information from existing databases (SQL, Pocket Access, etc.), with CAD entities interactively linked with database fields. This allows PowerCAD CE Pro to serve as the ultimate CAD or vector-graphics "engine" for database driven mobile solutions.
